Communities of Practice

“There are no new problems just new ways of tackling issues common across organisations.”

It is not best practice we seek, it is next practice that we need. What can we do next to tackle the problems and opportunities we’re presented with? Who better to work with than organisations that have faced and overcome these issues and made a difference to their businesses, customers and people?

Our Communities of Practice or CoPs are groups of people from across the spectrum of organisations that we work with who share a common passion for improvement. CoPs enable people with a specific common interest or geography to interact and work together to improve their understanding in their particular field such as Investors in Excellence, Lean and Six Sigma.

Our CoPs offer a combination of scheduled events, online collaboration, informal networking and site visits. Members of our CoPs range from some of the largest multinationals to smaller privately run businesses and those within the public and third sectors.
